I stood next to my boyfriend and stable hand, Jack Beckett, as he held the grey hanoverian stallion at the edge of the arena. He was panicking because he didn't know what to do during the halter class.
'I may be 20, but I have never EVER done a halter class before! I have only ever done Hunters and Show jumping!'
'The judge will tell you.. Basically you show the horse's paces, stand him square then do a trot up. But like I said, the judge will tell you' I sighed at the man.
'Okay.. Okay.... Here I go' Jack whined.
'Get on with it you great wimp' I winked as a called back to him.
Completely right, Jack has never done a halter class before haha!
